Beginner’s Course

This is a fantastic place to start if you haven't tried reformer Pilates before. It suits all fitness levels, including if you have aches and pains or consider yourself not very fit—whether it's for rehab, illness, or other reasons—and/or if you want to start right from the beginning.

We begin with the fundamentals and can tailor any modifications to help you progress on your fitness journey. The class then progresses through different layers, allowing you to choose the one that feels right for you and your body on that day. You'll leave feeling more comfortable in your body and more confident about joining a class or continuing with your fitness journey.
